More about this role
We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who owns onboarding end-to-end, with a strong focus on financial data, dashboards and reporting.
Your primary responsibility is to get enterprise customers live - fast, and correctly. This means that you will fully own the onboarding process and lead every data-related conversation with the customer, from API integration to the design of their dashboards and reports inside Amiio.
You are the person who ensures that the customer’s financial data (P&L, rent roll, balance sheet structures, chart of accounts) is properly understood, challenged where needed, and translated into clean, usable structures within Amiio. You decide, together with the customer, how their KPIs are built - what sits underneath each metric, how it rolls up, where the breakdowns live.
You will…
Own end-to-end onboarding from contract signature to go-live
Lead all customer data discussions, especially around financial structures, KPI logic and reporting hierarchies
Design the dashboards and reporting setup with the customer
Coordinate the API integration with our Data Engineer, while remaining the single owner toward the customer
Translate complex customer data into a clear and usable structure within Amiio
Challenge inconsistencies and push for clean, reliable data inputs from day one
Drive onboarding calls and keep strong momentum toward go-live
Troubleshoot issues and unblock progress quickly
Ensure a high-quality, accurate first setup - not a “fix later” approach
Document onboarding processes and improve them over time
Occasionally support incoming customer questions, but only as a secondary responsibility
What you need to be successful
Minimum 2 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Consulting or similar roles in B2B SaaS or real estate
Strong financial and accounting understanding (must-have)
Comfortable discussing P&L, balance sheets, rent rolls, chart of accounts and reporting structures
You understand how a KPI is built - what feeds it, and how the layers underneath roll up
Ideally backed by an education in accounting, finance, controlling or business economics
You genuinely enjoy customer-facing work - leading the conversation with finance teams and senior stakeholders is something you come alive doing
Experience working with complex datasets during implementations
Strong project management skills with a focus on driving outcomes
Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity
High ownership mentality with a bias toward action
Comfortable working closely with technical teams (Data / Product / Engineering)
