Kelly Rapmund, Founder Twelve years ago, I fell in love with the scale-up world while working at the fast-growing, culture-driven company Helloprint. Building teams, shaping culture, and preparing organisations for growth quickly became second nature - and I discovered that building is truly in my blood.
After deepening my expertise in People & Culture strategy and supporting more than 25 scale-ups across different growth stages, I joined LessonUp as Head of People, where I helped scale the organisation and build a strong people foundation for future growth.
I later started working as a fractional Head of People, partnering with start-ups and scale-ups on their people strategy. Again and again, founders asked the same question: Do you also do recruitment? And do you know great people?
That’s when everything came together.
