Amiio is building the next generation of AI-native software for real estate asset, portfolio and fund management.
Even though we just stepped out of stealth mode, we already have a full team, funding and huge Enterprise clients ready to go; which says a lot about where we will go in the coming years.
Now we’re looking for our first Growth Marketer to help us scale.
You’ll work directly with the founders to turn early traction into a scalable go-to-market machine.
If you want to build something from scratch, move fast, and grow into a Head of Marketing role, this might be your opportunity.
What this role is really about
This is for someone who wants to build the full marketing foundation from the ground up: the messaging, the growth rhythms, the community, the campaigns, the tooling, the experiments, and the structure that turns market interest into a pipeline.
We already bring deep market knowledge, a strong network in real estate, and a team that understands both technology and the industry we serve. What we need is someone who can turn that foundation into a repeatable growth engine.
You will be the person setting things up, testing what works, building momentum, and helping define how Amiio goes to market as we scale.
What you’ll do
You will take ownership of building and scaling our go-to-market engine.
That means you will, for example…
Build our marketing function from scratch and turn it into a measurable revenue driver
Define and sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile, buyer personas and market positioning
Develop a compelling product marketing narrative for a complex AI-driven product
Join demo calls, listen closely to prospects, and turn commercial insights into stronger messaging
Create the systems, rhythms and campaigns that consistently generate qualified pipeline
Build and optimize our HubSpot CRM, lifecycle stages, workflows and reporting
Set up and run growth experiments across inbound, outbound, paid and conversion
Create high-impact content, case studies and commercial storytelling that support growth
Build and activate a relevant community around Amiio in the real estate space
Lead event-based growth initiatives, from conferences to private roundtables and industry dinners
Work with founders on ecosystem and partner marketing to unlock new opportunities
Bring structure to an early-stage environment and help shape how marketing works inside the company
But please note: This is where we follow your lead. You are the one to tell us where to start and what to focus on. No worries, you don’t have to do it all at the same time. But we also rely on you to tell us where and when we need resources, point out ROI and so on.
Who you are
You are a builder first.
You like creating structure where there is none yet. You know how to move from ideas to action, from action to data, and from data to traction. You are commercially sharp, curious about the market, and excited by the challenge of helping define a category and a company at the same time.
You probably bring:
4-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a fast-moving environment
A proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue growth
Strong understanding of ICP definition, positioning and messaging
Experience with growth experiments across channels such as paid, landing pages, outbound support or ABM
Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
The ability to turn complex or technical products into clear and compelling stories
A strong commercial mindset and understanding of funnels, CAC, conversion and growth metrics
The mindset and energy to build processes, dashboards, campaigns and community from scratch
Able to work hybrid from our Amsterdam (Buitenveldert) office. A beautiful place where we share the space with our companies from our Founder/CEO.
Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must, Dutch is a big plus.

You will work with a highly driven team in Amsterdam and collaborate closely with a strong team in Tel Aviv. You will have real ownership, working directly with the founders, and the opportunity to grow fast as the company grows.
For the right person, this role can develop into a Head of Marketing position.
