Amiio is building the AI Operating System for Real Estate Asset & Portfolio Management.
Even though we just stepped out of stealth mode, we already have a full team, funding and huge Enterprise clients live and more are onboarding; which says a lot about where we will go in the coming years.
We are now looking for our first Account Executive to help turn that momentum into closed revenue and long-term customer relationships.
You will work closely with the founders, marketing, and the broader team to build our commercial motion the right way from the start. If you want to sell a product that genuinely changes how real estate professionals work, and you like combining strategy, initiative and execution, this could be your opportunity.
What this role is really about
This is not your average high-volume outbound role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the real estate world or already part of it. Someone who understands how asset managers, investment teams and portfolio operators think, and knows how to guide conversations in a way that is relevant and valuable.
You build credibility through substance. You are either already developing a reputation in the industry, or ready to do so. You can walk into a room at an industry event, contribute meaningfully, and leave with relationships that have real potential.
At the same time, this is not a passive relationship role. You take full ownership of the sales cycle end-to-end. You lead sharp, tailored product demos that connect directly to the customer’s reality, drive momentum through the process, and confidently close deals. You know how to balance consultative selling with commercial discipline, turning trust and insight into signed contracts.
Your pipeline comes from real relationships, real presence, and real credibility and you are responsible for converting that into revenue.
We already bring strong product conviction, a large network, a clear market problem, and a growing presence in real estate. What we need is someone who can turn that foundation into repeatable revenue.
You will be one of the people defining what great sales looks like at Amiio.
What you’ll do
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle and help build our commercial engine.
That means you will, for example:
Own opportunities from first touch through demo, follow-up, proposal, negotiation and close
Work closely with marketing to turn campaigns, content, events and network activity into qualified pipeline
Build trust with senior stakeholders in real estate asset management, portfolio management and investment management
Run strong, consultative demo conversations that connect Amiio’s product directly to customer pain and business value
Help organize and activate commercial initiatives such as industry events, roundtables, lunches, webinars and podcasts
Represent Amiio externally and proactively look for ways to build awareness and create new business opportunities
Keep momentum in deals by driving next steps, aligning stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles with discipline
Help sharpen our messaging by feeding market objections, customer questions and competitive insights back into the business
Work with founders on pricing, packaging and go-to-market decisions as we continue to refine our sales motion
Build structure in HubSpot and contribute to a repeatable, data-driven way of selling
Turn commercial wins and customer conversations into insights that help improve both product and go-to-market
Please note: this is not a role where everything is already figured out for you. We expect initiative, ownership and strong judgment. You should be excited to help shape the playbook, not just execute it.
Who you are
You are commercially strong, proactive and credible in the room.
You know how to build trust, ask sharp questions, and guide a complex buying process without becoming pushy or transactional. You are comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where not everything is fully defined yet, and you enjoy helping create structure as you go.
You probably bring:
A background in real estate, proptech, or experience selling into the real estate world
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or a consultative technology environment
A proven track record of owning and closing deals end to end
Strong experience running full-cycle sales processes, from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing
The ability to work closely with marketing and contribute actively to pipeline creation
A consultative sales mindset and the ability to connect product capabilities to strategic customer outcomes
Strong communication skills and executive presence with senior stakeholders
A high level of ownership, energy and initiative
The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Fluent English, written and spoken, is a must; Dutch is a big plus
Ability to work hybrid from our Amsterdam office
Big pluses:
Understanding of how asset managers, investment teams or property operators work
Experience helping shape go-to-market in an early-stage or fast-growing company
Confidence in representing a company externally through events, partnerships, podcasts or community-led initiatives
