About the role
At Timeseer,AI, you'll work closely with the founder of a fast-growing AI company and be a part of the early commercial journey. Not as a spectator, but as someone who helps prepare, shape and move things forward.
You won’t be dropped into a rigid playbook. Instead, you’ll learn how revenue is built in real life. With close support, especially early on, you will focus on thoughtful outreach, careful positioning, honest conversations and continuous adjustment.
It’s a role with responsibility, learning and momentum - taken on gradually, with taken on gradually, with clear guidance and continuous feedback as you grow into it.
What your day looks like
One day, you’re preparing for a discovery call: researching the company, understanding the people involved, and thinking through what might matter to them.
The next, you’re sitting in on that conversation; listening to how questions are asked, how trust is built, learning how senior stakeholder dynamics work and how value is explained. Afterwards, you help turn insights into next steps.
You spend time exploring new industries and use cases, testing messages, noticing patterns. Some ideas land immediately. Others don’t. And that’s part of the learning.
Outreach is thoughtful and structured. Conversations are real. Progress is measured not just in numbers, but in understanding.
Over time, you start recognising what moves a deal forward, where friction appears, and how small changes can make a big difference.
What success looks like in the first months
In your first months, success isn’t about closing deals on your own.
It’s about preparing well, learning the product and customer context, contributing thoughtfully to conversations, and gradually taking on more ownership as your confidence grows.
How you’ll grow
You’ll be involved across the commercial process:
Preparing and joining early-stage sales conversations
Researching accounts, markets and opportunities
Supporting outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and partnerships
Helping shape use cases, pilots and proof-of-value proposals
Following deals from first contact through to decision
With each step, your role expands. Not because of a title change (per se), but because your judgment, confidence and ownership grow.
